Review summary
Poorly organized. Crew was not helpful. Trouble with WiFi and we spent an hour and a half at Internet Cafe waiting for assistance. Smallest lobster tails I’ve ever seen! Princess Cay lounge chairs were so close together it felt like you were sharing a bed with the person next to you. Saw a man leave the dining room in an undershirt, ratty shorts and rubber flip flops after eating while the hostess was telling a man in shorts at the door that there was a dress code and refused to seat him. St Thomas was dirty and shop workers were incredibly pushy. Very disappointed.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
International Café
Four desserts in display! We’d heard it was exceptional. When it was our turn the server just looked at us without saying anything. We asked for two cookies. She put the plate on the counter. She never said a word and what a face on her!
Alfredo's Pizzeria
Pizza was soggy. Staff mumbled and made no eye contact.
Onboard Activities
Internet Cafe
When we got to the Internet Cafe it was packed. A passenger had started a sign in sheet to try to sort out the chaos. We were 15 on the list and we still had 30 minutes before staff arrived. The line snaked out the door and down the hall. Two staff members arrived late. Very soft spoken, heavy accents and they had difficulty explaining things so that some of the passengers could understand. We had the same issue as five other people in line. It was an easy fix which could have been avoided with an instruction email when we paid for the WiFi prior to the cruise.
