Production shows nicely done. Comedian Kennedy and whoever the male singer were, were sub par.

Lido Food and stateroom crews seem overly tuckered out. Few smiles from behind the serving counters. All 3 mdr’s were marvelous.

Cleanliness in public areas very good In our room the carpets were just plain dirty. WORD OF WARNING: WHEN YOU ENTER THE ROOM YOU MUST INSERT THE BLUE CARD OR YOUR LIGHTS DONT WORK. I didn’t know this and tripped over my walker while entering dark room (dumb me, I know).

Steward “did his job “ and no more. Mirrors never washed, the day we embarked, there were orange peels on the floor.

If you knew whole crew ships operate they all went to the card to turn the lights on to save energy

We agree with the other comments. We've sailed 3 times on the Regal and each time was better than the previous. Outstanding service from the crew, great entertainment and enjoyed all the food venues.

I accepted the fall was my own stupidity. I complimented the crew production team, but for the record, the racist comedian and the singer who signs his CD’s while sipping scotch on the rocks deserved to be called out. I mentioned the orange peels, the rug, and dirty mirrors, should I have complimented the individuals? I accepted the responsibility for booking the cruise, and expressed my feelings about the tours, for being honest and forthright I was out of line? Thank you for showing me my shortcomings, one final thought, I was there, you weren’t.

It sounds like that cruising may no longer be for you since you did not enjoy much of anything. Most people love it, but it’s not for everyone.
