Review summary
One concern we had and we did report it was the very strong cigarette smell that was so irritating to our eyes and throat coming from the gentlemans club. The theater and club 6 is nearby and it was smelt there also. In the theater we changed seats to the other far side where the smell was less. The doors to that club was closed so maybe there's a vent problem. On the reporting, we call a couple of times and was promised a call back that never happened. Each time we called we were on hold for a long time or the person answering did not know what to do and would pass it on to their manager. We never did get a resolution. A no smoking or smoke free policy is important to us when choosing a cruise line.Embarkation
