Review summary

I guess cruising these days are not like a few years back! No towel animals on your bed. If you wanted a decent cup of coffee there was a charge. This was my first time on Princess and I was not at all impressed. Customer Service was lacking!

We cruise with Princess. About to embarked on #7. Have never had towel animals and don’t feel they’d be a necessity. I love the cleanliness of the ship, friendliness of staff, etc. Loved all our cruises so far. If Someone is cooking and feeding me fantastic food, making my bed and cleaning the bathroom and providing great entertainment, I’m happy.

Regal was our first cruise and with nothing to compare to, we absolutely loved everything about the ship. It exceeded our expectations.

I enjoy Princess for the more traditional cruise. Not interested in towel animals. A nice peaceful cruise. We enjoy traditional dining and the entertainment. Not for everyone, but great for us.

We had the opposite experience with Carnival. Towel animals on the bed every day. Even have them around the pool area. I am a true coffee person and it was good for free to! Customer service has always been great!

We noticed that on our first Princess cruise; no towel animals. But our cabin was spotless so we assumed he ran out of time.
