Review summary

My Brief Review ? Well , There were some problems , But as in life what's perfect ? I had a blast , and I loved this ship , the crew , the service , and I am just grateful to have had the chance to sail aboard the Regal Princess . I would recommend this ship , and it's crew to anyone . And if you take just one piece of advice , JUST ONE . Take my advice when I say buy the ALL INCLUSIVE PHOTO PACKAGE . I pre paid and the cost was $199 . If you wait till youre onboard to but it will cost you $249 . But either way it was an absolute steal !!! we walked away with 232 different 8x10 photo's , and digital copies of each one taken on a lil princess cruise flash drive . I'm soooooooooooooo glad we purchased the photo package!!!

First cruise ever so I can't compare it to anything else but the embarkation ( We had priority) took about 20 minutes . Which seemed extremely fast . It was very nice.

We had Club Class Dining , Other than the man there named July , whom was awesome , club class did not impress . The buffet was a buffet ( Good) , and the 2 specialty restaurants ? Crown grill was AWESOME!!!!! And yet Sabatini's greatly disappointed

Gotta say I'm mixed here . On one hand we received great service , yet on the other , we received some bad service . To try and sum it up quickly , The Lotus Spa overcharged us , We came back to our room one day to find our cabin door open with a yellow wedgy with a string tied to the door holding the door wide open . We left it open and called a supervisor . Dont know how long our door was left open , but we were in the room for 31 minutes before the supervisor closed it upon his departure . Never a good idea to leave someones door open. As for club class dining ? The woman that serves drinks was way off . I don't drink , so I ordered a soda . She was gone for about 20 minutes before she returned . She hands me a glass and says " Try this " . What an odd thing to say to a customer , right ? So I try it . It has alcohol in it . I tell her , she smiles takes the drink and leaves the table . about 15 minutes later she arrives back at our table and hands me another drink......................THE SAME EXACT THING!!! Another coke with alcohol in it . I was done !!

No complaints whatsoever here . Ship was absolutely STUNNING!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

I'm 6'2 and 290 lbs . It was me , my wife , and my brother in law in a Club Class Mini Suite ( A426) . I gotta say I loved it . With the exception of the bathroom (( Little small)), everything else was AWESOME!!! The 3 of us were quit comfortable.

Ship tip

Hands down my piece of advice would be..............BUY THE ALL INCLUSIVE PHOTO PACKAGE !! Best deal on the ship , and of the whole trip . We walked away with 232 8x10's , and digital copies of each on a princess ship flash drive . Just make sure to find the photographers various locations each and every night . You have to buy this package...........You won't regret it !!!!Some of the Photographers are AWESOME!!!

We did the Tulum tour . Took a 50 minute ferry ride from Cozumel . Then a bus to Tulum . Our tour guide was named Bety , she was awesome , entertaining , and informative .

Stewards prop the door open when cleaning a room so he/she must have forgot to shut the door when done. People make mistakes but still, not good. The drink lady thing is just bizzare. Glad you could have a good time despite some issues. Too bad about Club class food . Never had the opportunity but was looking forward to it someday.
