The process was both good & unorganized. First checkpoint - good. Then the line lead to paperwork. But the papers/desk are to the side. Bad flow ! Then you get back in line are are split. One - long. One short. Guess which one stays long ? It's the guides that need work. The staff behind the desk is good - getting our room papers etc. but no logic one who comes first ! Once they this line - the paperwork we picked up - well there is more ! Then you fill it out and drop it off. All before you take your boarding picture ! All happy?? Once on ship - all better!!!
