First it was a 7 night cruise - and my third cruise ever - To date have only cruised Princess.  I am a low maintenance laid back type of person so I can't really complain about anything but I don't think the service/food/experience was quite up to par as in the past.   Nothing was really wrong just judging by past cruises - Previous cruises the staff were always polite and accommodating - this cruise there didn't seem to be the same level of service as previous - just an example (and again - not that found it to be awful - if a server was coming towards you with a cart lets say - previously they would move and let you through - not this time - Also some employees seemed unhappy with their jobs and not as polite.  the one thing i really disliked was the "sales pitching" of services - In the past yes they offer you the extras with "Mail" to your room or signage here and there but this time they really verbally were pushing a dinner or event on you - one dinner we had the server try to talk us into a special italian night dinner that included wine - even after we said one of us doesn't drink and the other doesn't drink wine.  It was really annoying while we were eating - Can't blame the employee his manager was standing a few feet away so we believe he was being told to get us signed up.   All in all still relaxing - Would like to have seen some more simple excusions like just a trip to the beach with transportation instead of this, that, this, that and then a beach.
