Review summary
First time on Princess after three on Royal Caribbean.
Embarkation needs work. 45 minutes in line outside.
Ship is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Negative is disjointed and cut-up design.
Food is excellent. Much better than Royal Caribbean.
Staff is generally friendly and eager to help.
Our deluxe balcony was around 20% smaller than Royal Caribbean (inside and outside).
Constant loud movies on pool deck is a negative. How about live Caribbean music?
Three weeks before departure our Jamaica visit was changed from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay for no apparent reason. We had already visited Montego Bay.
Not enough interesting activities. Princess "Enrichment" is just another word for "selling stuff".
Entertainment shows were very good.
Disembarkation was organized, efficient, and quick.
