Review summary

My wife and I expected to be " overwhelmed" by all the hype - we weren't. Still a pretty ship but nothing special compared to some others we sailed on. The crew size has been downsized and other services as well. The dining was a fiasco,  (assigned seating) an hour to get food, the staff was working as hard as they could, kitchen was very slow. On one meal my baked potato was hard as a rock, a the head waiter checked with the kitchen and was told this is standard - no it's not.

Was not a bad cruise, but not the best of Princess, other passengers were also aware of the shortcomings. Princess has and can do better.
