Review summary

Ship was nice and clean; ports were pretty good and service on ship was good. Food was NOT as good as we expected, especially in the Horizon Court buffet! Anything wanted like soft drinks, etc. was ala carte and that was frustrating.

Compared to Disney cruises that we've been on, this cruise fell way short of those standards in terms of food and entertainment! This was a good cruise, just not a great cruise, as we had expected!

Felt the cruise staff did a very good job in serving us especially our table staff and room host!

Liked the design and cleanliness of the boat --- noticed rusting on our balcony and several places on the boat and for a new boat, that shouldn't happen --- crew should be taking care of right away and I did let them know!

Pretty clean but rust spots on the balcony and other places on the ship; shower handles fell off when taking showers --- that's a concern for such a new boat.

Ship tip

Crown Grille was a very good restaurant to eat in --- best on the ship! Make reservations early as they go quick --- 5:30/6PM times usually available! Crab Shack on top deck was not worth the extra price for the dinner!
