Review summary

Overall cruise was very good.  Saw lots of ports and interesting sites in a limited amount of time.  Used all Princess tours except Tallinn,  a bit expensive but overall very good.  Could have used more sea days to rest up, only 2 sea days plus the tiring effect of jet lag coming in from US 2 days early.  Very good balcony cabin space except bath a bit small.  Evening dining very good, horizon breakfeast/lunch fair/good.  Very good embarkation and disembarkation system.  Entertainment:  2 nights of Princess cast and band very good, Beattlemania very good, rest so-so.

Top quilt/blanket sheet combo was too warm, had to turn air conditioning way down.

Ports of call

Copenhagen, Denmark

Came in 2 days prior to cruise. Find a hotel with a/c (most don't) because with open windows the drunks on street keep you awake all night hollering and singing.

Warnemunde (Berlin), Germany

Don't go to Berlin (3 hours train each way). We took local tours which were good.

Tallinn, Estonia

Be physically able to climb steep cobblestone streets. Very scenic and interesting history.

St. Petersburg, Russian Federation

Not as good as other ports. Kind of a tourist trap as far a sites to see. Do on your own with Hop On Hop Off bus.

Nynashamn (Stockholm), Sweden Did not visit port

Ship must tender + hour bus ride away from Stockholm. Worth the stop but traffic in city was terrible delaying part of our tour. The Vasa Museum was terrific!
