Review summary

This big new ship is very nice but has some serious design flaws. The dining rooms do not handle all the diners so "anytime" seating is really "no time" seating. We had to wait an hour or more or eat elsewhere several nights. The reservations were all gone within 10 minutes of the reservation desk opening. The theater also has capacity problems and will "sell out" well prior to show time. The tendering experience is also a mess as the crew clearly has no experience with a ship this large and tendering.

But I think the greater disappointment is poor entertainment and not much fun to do, very boring activities coupled with a "customers always wrong" attitude from the staff. I get that the customer may not always be right but this is the other extreme. I was reprimanded for bringing towels from one pool deck to another, really?
