Very fond of Radiance class ships and it’s namesake was no different. Mansur and Simon at the Schooner were great and the music when Rafael was playing made it all the better.

The first cruise was excellent. I will come to your ship ASAP.

It was very good. But My room was cold, because of aircondition.

Overall a very enjoyable cruise. The ship had good entertainment very friendly helpful staff and very good food. We would definitely cruise Royal Caribbean again.

If all cruises, were the same as this one would go again tomorrow

We love cruising New Zealand as it is the best way to see the sounds. The Radiance of the Seas is a lovely ship, there was plenty going on with trivia and activities. The choices of dining experience for lunch and dinner were up too the individual you had the choice of the Windjammer buffet a help yourself with plenty of choices (although getting a seat could be somewhat difficult)or if you wanted something a little more special the Cascades main dining room did lunch with menu choices.

This was our first cruise, we had a great time, amazing experiences, excellent service and are now looking forward to planning our next cruise. Royal Caribbean made this cruise easy for us. We loved the entertainment and the way that you kept us informed of coming events through compass and Katrina and johns morning shows which we watched on tv each morning. Thank you

Just got back into Sydney after 10 days on Radiance of the seas , great ship , fab food and great service , weather not too great but that’s nothing against the ship. Great time had by us and would go on this ship again anytime 👍

Good ship. Not too big. The entertainment in the Centrum was a bit crowded.

The staff were excellent and our cabin person was excellent as he couldn’t do enough for you and the atmosphere was great and overall we couldn’t have had a better cruise.

This was the longest cruise we have been on. I was a bit worried we would be bored but this was definitely not the case. We had great weather which makes a big difference too. All staff are exceptional from the lady emptying the hand towel bin in the toilet to the maintenance man painting. This was our wedding anniversary holiday and thank you for the gifts of acknowledgment. We will be back!

We enjoyed this cruise but were disappointed in the ship which was tired and needed upgrades to make it worth the price. In line with our many recent RCL experiences the standards continue to drop in terms of service and food. We used the main dining room only twice as what was on offer was of a poor standard with dreadful service. The menu was unchanged from day to day with just one additional item on offer. Just not up to the standard expected. We bought a dining package out of desperation the Japanese restaurant was superb and without fault, the Argentine restaurant was appalling just an overpriced meat and salad fest. Choppes grill was the same as ever just not quite good enough.

The staff was amazing! I had fun on the boat and met all some people! My only problem with the cruise was how slow tendering was. Like mentioned above we nearly missed our excursions because we weren't able to get off the boat until 12 p.m.
