room stewards get a 10, waiters on this cruise not so great (everyone was learning), guest services argued with us, left hand didn't know what right hand was doing. Disorganized at best.

Not as clean as expected since they had months to prepare for guests, nor as maintained, things missing, not working etc.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was fine, a few things missing (shower curtain hook, screw in cabinet, squeaky connecting door, clothesline in shower was disgustingly dirty) other than that it was comfortable once they added some padding to the mattress (way too hard for us). Our room stewards were great.
