Review summary
We paid full price for all of the ships venues to be operational and the fact that the buffet and many bars were closed which affected our cruise greatly made us feel we did not get what we paid for. The green untrained, unorganized crew were unable to help us as they did not know what was going on. We should get a refund for this cruise. We signed up and paid for a cruise visiting Santa Barbara, one of our favorite places and it did not happen. This will be our last cruise as my husband's health prohibits us from cruising and it was very disappointing. The information given from RCL stated that to fly from Vancouver to Seattle we need a negative covid test within 48 hours. The ship did not offer this service and the internet so poor we were forced to do it at the airport which was expensive and time consuming causing us to miss our flight. As it was this information from RCL was also false as the test was not required......Embarkation
