Expertations were met. Not even getting an explanation (although false) about why our window was blocked with a rusty window cleaning platform, ladder, etc., for the entire cruise was totally unacceptable.

Sliding door and fridge had to be replaced. Sink drain malfunction. Terrible situation with the window cleaning apparatus blocking our balcony view with no explanation except that we had supposedly paid for an obstructed view cabin...which we had not done.
