Review summary

Popular shore excursions get booked out fast. To be flexible in organising more boats / busses if possible to accommodate high demand. also have a waitlist in case there are cancellations. Overall the cruise was as imagined, as expected and delighted us immensely. We look forward to more days at sea with Royal Carribbean.

Embarkation

Bag check in and formalities until boarding the ship were faultless! But on entering the ship, the huge sale pressure for restaurents and drink packages was offensive. It took away the magic of entering the ship for the first time and looking around in awe and excitement. instead, we were accosted by sales staff pushing their deals. however, the rest of the journey was awesome!.

Aurora Theater

Nice little village theatre. Holds about 45 seats? Fit for purpose but they need to have more show times throughout the day as the 2130 slot fills out by 2100! To utilise the Aurora theatre more when able for additional movie screenings

Service and Staff

Restaurent staff did a fine job with a surprise birthday cake for my wife. The waiters sang for her and gladly posed for a group photo. My thanks to Roland, Gilbert and their colleagues for this grand effort. Our cabin attendant I-Made from Indonesia was such a efficient and reliable help. Did his job very well and I wish them all well. Thanks for a great time!

Ship tip

Lovely ship. Just go. Book your My dining Time and try to sit at the same table. That way you get to be served by the same staff and they get to be familiar with you drink needs and you get to be more personable.
