Review summary

We had never travelled with Royal Caribbean before.  We enjoyed our cruise but think radiance of the seas was very dated and needed a refurb.   We also found it had no self service laundry , over our holiday we spent over $100 Aust on laundry service.  Some entertainment was fabulous and some extremely average !  I think I definitely would recommend p and o but not sure about radiance of the seas

We just completed the Hawaii repositioning cruise. Cruise Director, Steve Davis, was awesome. Ship was in good condition. Had a great cruise with one huge negative. we paid for the bus and luggage transfer from pier to Vancouver Airport- Royal lost my luggage. Inadequate communication at airport. After 72hrs, only update from royal is case worker was assigned. There were at least 10 others on my cruise with the same issue.

i was on her a month ago, no signs of wear and tear, she is well maintained and i thoroughly enjoyed my cruise. As for laundry, information is available well before you leave and we took some detergent and washed a few items when we needed to. No big deal nor a reason to go P&O.

No RC ship has self service laundry. Actually, I think it just had a refurb. ? I'll be on her in July.
