Cascades Dining Room on Radiance of the Seas

Service was very slow the first 4 nights but improved towards the end of the cruise. This was a return to service cruise which might have played a role in that. “My Time Dining” reservations were basically worthless the first 4 nights as we waited in line 30+ minutes past our reservation time.

My time dining isn't a good avenue, all the table were reserved in advance for all cruise The menu was repetitive

Food was awful. Server was really nice but had way too many tables and no help from assistants.

Excellent service and food.

Best service ever. Raj and Sajut were exceptional. Will ask for this team if sailing on Radiance again. Raj was so informative and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the cruise in general.

Great food and service. This was our first time not having an assigned dining time and we loved it. Still got to choose our favorite table and servers.

Service was good and the food was too. But the kids menu does not change each night. Options ate limited for people who are vegan, vegetarian lactose free etc

Food and service was delicious

We ate here every night but formal dining. Sat with 8 other cruisers and compared our day. Food was excellent. Our servers were very knowledgeable about the selections.
