Overall this is an excellent ship with a focus on quality. This is very evident from all members of the staff who went out of there way to make sure everything was as perfect as possible. Would recommend Cunard to anyone considering a cruise. Having also sailed on QM2 I would rate her above Quern Elizabeth overall.

Only dined in Queen’s Grill which was excellent with impeccable service. Staff very focused but could ‘lighten up’ a little. They could have lessons from the sommelier, who was a star.

A bit of a mixed bag. Cunard singers and dancers performed a ‘pleasing’ show but Eagles tribute band was pretty poor. They should have been relegated to the pub where the orchestra were performing ( in too small a space ).

Wait staff in all lounges were very attentive and efficient. Never saw our cabin steward and our butler on about 4 occasions for maximum of two minutes. Every member of ships personnel always made eye contact and greeted you with a smile.
Ship Quality

Ship is impeccable. The Queens Lounge isn’t the most inviting space. More like a concierge lounge, which seemed to be it’s main purpose.
Cabin / Stateroom

Could not complain about the preparedness or cleanliness, all perfect. Felt the overall design was somewhat claustrophobic and not a good sense of space. Bathroom split into two separate rooms with door between and hence felt quite cramped. Bed and linens excellent and was always serviced unobtrusively.
Ship tip
Be careful signing drink receipts as service charge is already added but is a space for ‘tip’
