Review summary

Dreadful experience from start to finish. Complaints after the cruise got only words (meaning less) and some future cruise vouchers for RC only. Can’t even use them on Sliversea or Celebrity (RC company as well). Such a disgraceful company with utter contempt for its guests.

There’s one tiny pool for babies that’s is only open during the hottest hours of the day in full Australian sun with now shade?!?!

Spot on the balcony from the smoke stack that our baby crawled in. Bandaids left on pool loungers. Foul!
