Review summary

Dreadful experience from start to finish. Complaints after the cruise got only words (meaning less) and some future cruise vouchers for RC only. Can’t even use them on Sliversea or Celebrity (RC company as well). Such a disgraceful company with utter contempt for its guests.

Spot on the balcony from the smoke stack that our baby crawled in. Bandaids left on pool loungers. Foul!

Sorry for your disappointing cruise experience on one of royals large class ships. Alternatively, land based all inclusive resorts are available. Thank you for sharing.

im sure the cruise cant all be bad. i think you are just angry because they changed your itinery, which i totally understand. but i think it left you not liking any of it because of the change.

Disappointing about itinerary change but maybe they only knew last minute, sounds like you let that impact your enjoyment of the entire cruise? Soot - ok not great. Band aid - obviously left by another passenger and I’m sure would have been removed by crew when spotted. Food and everything else - could it really have been THAT bad??
