Review summary

I was very very disappointed with the service, staff, food, and people onboard... Service sucked, My stateroom host wasn’t consistent and I hardly ever seen her or got welcomed by her. The Man that was serving the ice cream cones had no gloves and we complained about that.

Jaimes was ok! Windjammer was terrible... food was dry staff looked grouchy and took forever to get my refills from my drink package. To pay all that money and not get the service you paid for is very very disappointing. Chopse didn’t get our meals correct and it was dry with no taste. I paid an extra $20 for the seafood platter that tasted horrible. Izumi was really good.

Service at restaurants was terrible, slow, and took forever to get my refills for my soda package. The Windjammer Buffet was okay some of the food was dry and had no taste. We spent a lot of money on our dining packages and all restaurants we chose was terrible. Chopse Grille didn’t get our meals right. I paid an extra $20 for the seafood platter that was so dry with no taste. And on top of that it took forever to get our food. Jaimes was ok! Izumi was good. This was our first RCCL Cruise and my first impression was not a good one. Never again!!!
