Excellent trip and a great way to see most of the top Hawaiian attractions.
Embarkation

For Penthouse customers, they provided a lounge and refreshments. When boarding started, a concierge walked a small group of us to the ship. Easiest experience ever. Already worth the money.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
As always, food is very good. The specialty dining restaurants were top-notch. Drinks were quick and creative.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
One member of our group played in a ping-pong tournament.
Entertainment
We did not attend any of the onboard entertainment venues.
Children's Programs
We had no children on this cruise.
Service and Staff

Everyone was outstanding. The suite had a butler that coordinated all services. If you needed it, they made it happen. Another add making the upgrade worth it.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
For the age of the ship, it was maintained in excellent condition. I will also say that elevators were readily available, unlike a previous trip on the Epic.
Cabin / Stateroom

Was a bit smaller than expected. Was not a 2-bedroom. But, bed was extra large king size, there was a good sized sofa (that I believe would convert into a bed), and the balcony was definitely large. Bathroom was a good size as well, and included a jetted tub. Worth the upgrade.
Great port with a lot to do. This is where the ship embarked and disembarked. We arrived the day before, and stayed a day after. There is a lot to do, and Honolulu is a big city. We toured the USS Arizona Memorial and the Battleship Missouri.
Ship spends two days docked here. It is such a beautiful island. Only negative is that you had to walk out of an industrial center to a mall to catch an Uber.
This was a tender port, but still worth getting off and visiting. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance of the tender dock. Get your tender tickets early. There is also a small beach near the tender dock, but it gets pretty busy.
The ship stays docked here for two days. Some shops and a beach in easy walking distance from the dock. We visited Waimea Canyon via a shore excursion and it was a great trip. We’ve been to Kauai before, but the canyon was impressive and lives up to the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific” nickname. Pictures don’t do it justice.
