Really good time just to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. We also went two days early so we could do a tour of Pearl Harbor. We used Travel Shack and the company was Keawe Adventures. Our guide was Luis and I'll give him 5 stars as he knew the USS Bowfin and the USS Missouri inside and out.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It took us about an hour from entering the terminal to boarding the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in the MDR except for our two times in Cagney's. The food was excellent. If you go to the Skyline MDR request to sit in Mercy's section especially table 82 by the window for two. She is an ultimate gem of a person, and her service will add to your dining experience.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There are enough activities if you choose to take part in them. We took hula dance classes (which were fun as I was one of two guys to take part). We also took a Hawaiian Lay making class.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Let's face it. There are no Broadway productions, but the comedian was good. There was also a piano player and a guitar player in Pinks Champagne Bar.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
I'm giving this four stars. If you want a drink AVOID John Adams coffee bar. They are not good, and the so called "bar tender" did not know what a CC and Ginger was. Go to Pinks Champagne Bar.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship was clean and no issue with the design.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Cabin was fine and we had an extra large balcony. Roberto was our room steward and he was pleasant. Keep in mind that they only clean you room once a day.
Ship tip
Just relax because your on vacation. Also, the adult pool is on deck 11 aft, and one day we were the only people there for about six hours. NCL POA is worth going on and it is a great way to see the Hawaiian Islands. Aloha!
We walked off the ship and went to the beach which was a ten minute walk. At night we went to the Luau Kalamaku. Opted for the premium seating and it was well worth it. Drinks and show were excellent, but the food was just ok.
