Disappointing Hawaii Cruise by CatJoJo

The room had dust on the furniture when we arrived. We had three people in the room. The bedding in the hide-a-bed was dirty and we had to call guest services to get clean linens. Very small room and bathroom. There was no night time service and because we couldn’t fold up the hide-a-bed it remained spread out the entire week.

The cabin was adequate other than we didn't have connecting balconies per the booking we made. Our neighboring cabin was friends we were traveling with so we purposely booked the rooms to enjoy the balconies together. Customer service came up with various reasons why they couldn't unlock the door between our balconies - lies for the most part.

Bathroom a bit small. Room was very good. Balcony was fantastic! Extra large size. It’s forward so we had a bit more movement, but all together better than I expected.
