This was our 11th cruise and definitely the worst due to awful entertainment and the wait staff.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Cagney’s was very good. Food did not arrive at out table hot in main dining room. Several dining venues were closed. Wait staff was poorly trained. There weren’t enough waiters. Modern restaurant was a horrible experience.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Only interesting activities occurred during our time ashore in the afternoon.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
The entertainment was awful. The worst was a Marian/comedian who was not funny and whose “magic” could only be seen from the front rows. He was on 3 nights!
Children's Programs
No children with us
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Room steward was good. Waiters in restaurants were a mixture of okay to not good. One waiter never smiled and was in a bad mood. One waitress was incompetent. They didn’t have enough staff to adequately serve the cruisers.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Public bathrooms were always dirty. The windows were filthy, especially in restaurants. Pride of America is an old ship and cabins were very small, especially the bathrooms.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
The room had dust on the furniture when we arrived. We had three people in the room. The bedding in the hide-a-bed was dirty and we had to call guest services to get clean linens. Very small room and bathroom. There was no night time service and because we couldn’t fold up the hide-a-bed it remained spread out the entire week.
Ship tip
I would not recommend this ship. If you go, get a suite.
This ship is primarily for being able to sail Roundtrip from Honolulu without visiting a foreign port and is not the traditional NCL ship / experience.
