Review summary

Not worth the cost. The food is the worst of all cruises I have been on. They are able to over charge for this cruise because Norwegian is the only cruise line does this kind of island hop. It is cheaper to island hop on your own.

I am a regular cruiser and have been on other cruise lines, and Norwegian has had the worst food whether it was going to Bahamas or to Hawaii.

Room steward was extremely rude! She did not refill the lotion or change sheets. She was irritated when I requested another lotion. Or when I even told her she didn’t have to make our room up on 2 of the nights since we were just gonna relax.

It was a smaller balcony room. The pull out sofa was hard and a worn out cushion. All of the 10 floor balconies had obstructed views because of support beams between each room. It was supposed to be an upgraded room and ended up being a downgrade because of the walls separating each balcony and the overhang roof above each balcony.

Ship tip

Stay away from the 10th floor balconies. Don’t expect the food to be any good.

Beautiful island. The smiths luau food was good but luau show was terrible. Dancers were not in sync and were did not look authentic as claimed.

Cruise is way cheaper than air fare, food and hotel to four islands. Done both ways over many years. And only unpack once plus not wasting half day per airport. Good food, great food in specialty dining. Doing 7th cruise in few months. Love the scenery of each island coast.

I loved the pride of America. It had ports that gave you a good variety of Hawaiian stops. My rule of thumb is not to go on a cruise expecting THEM to make sure I have a good time.
