Our butler, Peter Kende, and housekeeper, Rebecca sorrvino, were EXECELLENT. They were attentive and cheerful each day. They made the trip better.

Did ncl offer you any compensation because of the hurricane and missed ports? When I was on carnival and a hurricane was coming, they gave us a large coupon voucher on a future trip. When the storm turned and we went back on course, they told us we could keep our coupons.
