Review summary

Do it for the itinerary & not the personal service. If you want more exclusivity, travel with Princess. The rooms & the quality of the god left a lot to be desired.

Food quality very poor & repetitive when compared to Princess Cruises. Took the ultimate beverage package which was a good deal as we enjoy a few drinks. Food, max. 2 stars. Drinks package 5 stars.

Balcony door could not be locked on arrival. Called room services & was fixed the next evening by a guy just drilling a bigger hole. He didn't bother vacuuming the mess up & neither did the cleaning staff for the duration of the trip. Asian bar tenders very friendly. US bar tenders mostly grumpy & it felt like they were just doing a job without giving the extra smile of friendly gesture. One guy from Jamaica in the Mardi Gras bar was exceptional as was Jasmine on deck 5 though.

Did well with the hand "washee washee " system. Corridors were vacuumed daily but they didn't see the point in vacuuming the rooms.
