Review summary

The hawaii ports we're wonderful !!! The rusty ship & poor customers service !!! Entertainment was poor !!!! The balcony door was hard too open !!! The room attendant pop the sheets!!!! Rust all around the ship !!! Poor maintenance !!! Never again will I step on this ship !!!!!

'popping sheets' is a housekeeping term for attendants that do not change used bed sheets when new guests arrive to the room. it's very common unfortunately and disappointing to see.

I believe this ship was just recently updated. What exactly was the problems you had with customer service? If your balcony door was hard to open was your cabin door also open? And what exactly do you mean by the room attendant pop the sheets?
