Review summary
The Pride of America is over ten years old but is well maintained. We had a balcony stateroom and the room and balcony is one of the smallest staterooms we've experienced in our many cruises with other cruise lines. We had the ultimate dining package and booked restaurants in the program for five nights. The food quality in Cagney's Steakhouse, El Moderno and Jefferson's was very good. We did not like the East Meets West Restaurant or the Teppanyaki as the food was very salty. We at most breakfasts at the Skyline and the food was good. Dinner at the Skyline was average. The one thing we experienced in all the restaurants and buffet was the food was warm, not hot. Pride of America must improve in this area! We booked two tours with the ship and they were well organized. We did research and explored most days on our own. The cruise was a good way to see the islands and save time flying to each island.

Ship tip
Avoid the buffet as the food quality was average and the food temperature was only warm.
