Very understaffed. Took 3 days and numerous phone calls to get a flower delivery that was supposed to be there upon arrival. Never met room attendant during whole cruise. Buffet was very disorganized and very hard to find a table to sit at. Staff was courteous but not informed enough to answer some simple questions. Made reservations in dining room for specific waiter (chose a time he was available which was later than what we wanted), and twice was seated with another waiter and told he was not available.

The food we had was all good. However, we found that foods usually offered in main dining rooms was only now offered in pay for specialty restaurants. When paying for a cruise I don't think you should have to pay EXTRA for food. This just seems like another way for the ships to make more money.
Entertainment

Would have like to have had mor live music. Enjoyed several activities, such as trivia and a few shows.

The staff were all friendly and tried to help. It was hard to find room staff at times and we never did meet our room steward the whole trip. When we did find someone to get ice, etc. they were always willing to help. We had one great waiter in the main dining room, but the others were overworked and told us they were 'very busy". Did not get the service we usually do.

Ship layout was fine, except for buffet area which was very hard to navigate. Some areas could have been cleaner. A few of us found unemptied waste baskets and dirty coffee pots upon arrival. Rest of the time rooms were well taken care of. A few public bathrooms could have been cleaner.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved having a balcony. Stateroom was nice. A few issues with unemptied baskets, but overall no problem.
Drove half the Road to Hana. It's a beautiful drive, but long. Had to turn back because of other plans. Don't know it was work the long hours in the car. Went to Old Lahaina Lua, it was great and worth the cost. Would have like to spend more time in Lahina.
