Which that when u r a gold member and u pay for things it would show up that your gold for example I went to get my nails done and 10% should of came off. Along with when u make apps. They get u in right at time. Then when I bought internet the 10% should of happened. Several things like that happened to several ppl that I talked to.

Overall a great cruise Entertainment was excellent Staff and crew were very obliging

First time cruiser with husband and friends and we all loved it. We watched shows and did some group activities on board and watched some live bands. There was so much to do and see that we didn’t have time to get bored. Definitely will be going on a cruise again.

We had an amazing time the ship is just beautiful, plenty to do or not to do. There were 4600 passengers travelling with us and of that 600 Hello World event was happening and it didn't impact any of the activities or events we wanted to see or do. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Would travel on this ship again in the future, Royal Carabine always provides impeccable service and makes your holiday one to remembers.

Our 1st time on a ship of this size, we usually like the smaller ships, but, in saying that it was a wonderful cruise, many places to relax, loved the decor and adult areas, all the bars were great. The ship is very easy to move around in even with the number of people on board and we never felt crowded, shopping areas great to navigate and always something new to find, eateries all excellent with a vast a menu, service was excellent.

Totally awesome. Would consider cruising on Ovation Of The Sea again. I really did enjoy it, Just needs more live shows to keep be entertained.

Had an amazing time, was great weather. Ship lacked some entertainment. Other Lifts wouldn't stop if a lift was already at that level. Good variety of shops and eating areas.

We went with friends. Flew to Sydney, for the cruise. Wasn't a fan of the ship, shows or most of the pushy rude people. We won't go on her again.

As this was our first cruise with RC this would have to be one of the best cruises we have been on so far

As I said in the beginning, we had some hiccups along the way, but we did enjoy a lot of things during this cruise, especially the time we shared with the people we met in the American Icon Dining Room. Our biggest issue was the lack of decent evening entertainment during the sea days. We never had that problem on our previous cruises. I expect that Royal Caribbean will receive plenty of comments about this and will do something to improve it. However, as I said in my tip, I recommend that you give a lot of thought to your sea days/port days ratio. We do not gamble, and we do not do spas. You need something to keep yourself occupied during the sea days. I read books at home, but when I am away I want to do things.

Very nice cruise, very family. Too much for us. we did not expect to have as many children on a transpacific.

This was a 20th Anniversary Cruise. It was nice but just a couple too many days at sea. we met lots of people from all over the globe on this cruise.

Overall a great cruise. Service was a bit lacking in the Windjammer and the main restaurants. Excursions were great and the ports were nice.

Overall, an “ok” cruise. I feel we overpaid for what we got. They did not have lobster on formal night because they ran out on the previous cruise and did not receive-stock. Many food venues closed early. Entertainment was sub par.

Beautiful cruise from seattle up the inside passage into alaska, then back down to canada. Seattle is such a busy city you need to go for a few days before the cruise to enjoy everything. Boarding with royal Caribbean the key experience was very quick. Alaska is beautiful canada is busy
