Review summary

Which that when u r a gold member and u pay for things it would show up that your gold for example I went to get my nails done and 10% should of came off. Along with when u make apps. They get u in right at time. Then when I bought internet the 10% should of happened. Several things like that happened to several ppl that I talked to.

Tarter sauce was fake. Sauces were awful. Tasted all the same Sami every day but the Italian was super good.

Pixiel was good Did the fake sky jumping and they didn’t keep our pic I was in a hurry after our fly I asked to come back to see pictures they said they don’t keep them.

Show girls were excellent. Comedians were horrible u couldn’t even understand the one, There was nothing to do durning the day if u didn’t play trivia.

Luggage got got lost by airlines for 9 days and Guest service was horrible patrica called one time and said she would send forms like on 3rd day I got them on the 10th day. When u have to ask for things like a pass for laundry when u all know new we had nothing. It’s sad no one even said sorry. Customer service was horrible.

You just have to tell them to apply your discount and they do. We've never had a problem and we're emerald.

You need to switch to Princess line. The electronic system does automatically deal with your level of reward card.. I've worked my way up and never had a glitch with discounts etc. Only complaint is that my last cruise in NZ on Majestic, the Captains Night special event was so overbooked that I gave up when the queue to the lounge went from stern to atrium. I'd never seem that before..
