Embarkation

4 out of 5
Both my husband and myself are disabled and walk with canes, I also have asthma. We were first told to go to the front of a long line to go through health check, this was greatly appreciated. However once on board it was a different experience, we hadd to walk the length of the ship with our carry on luggage to find our boat station and receive our instructions, then back to the elevator and all the way back to find our cabin. During this time i was having obvious breathing difficulties but no assistance was offered.

Did not use specialty restaurants, too expensive. Main dining room was great, food and service excellent. Buffet was mediocre, food not kept hot enough, very little change day to day.

Service and Staff

Our room steward, Lukeman, was excellent, always friendly and helpful. Once he was told our names he used them every time he spoke to us. 3 towel sculptures. Waiters in main dining room attentive and friendly.
