Lucky to have been able to cruise around NZ. ( coronavirus). Huge ship, whilst clean and maintained, could do a couple of simple updates to rise to the expectation.

I used Silk for my main dining. Egnelo was my waiter, funny man n great waiter :)
Windjammer food was repetitive n cold but the waiters were very efficient.
Drink... we had a soda package but still had to pay for water. Coke was flat.
Onboard Activities

North Star. I was amazed at this.
North Star n I fly were booked out before we even boarded, was lucky to wait for the North Star n get on.
Entertainment

Ventriloquist, Hypnosist and impressionist were great. Pixel was brilliant. Ovation band talented but rest could improve.
Children's Programs
I didn't have children on board nor in our group.

Egnelo in Silk was a highly professional n entertaining.
Anwar our Room Steward was very pleasant n couldn't do enough for us.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean n well maintained.
The elevators were slow.
Could have more location signs, I was constantly confused, where to go.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bathroom could have been bigger. Needs bigger sheets on the bed. Anwar kept it very clean n constantly replacing Manchester.

Take a packed lunch to walk from one end to the other.
