Review summary

The cruise was memorable. Not to be overshadowed by a few irritating things.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The wait staff in the main dining room and Chops were amazing. Wonderland left a lot to be desired. I felt the staff were condescending and rushing us.

Chops Grille

The staff and food was pretty good

Onboard Activities

I have one question. Why are children allowed into the hot tubs? It's unsanitary and unsafe.

Entertainment

4 out of 5

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
The teen club was nothing more than a means to provide employment for a few people. There was a total lack of supervision or concern. Anything that arose from the teens, from romantic meetings to heated conflict, the teens were told to "take it outside". Thus ending in at least one fight that was dealt with by security, after it was caught on camera. There were also children running amuck all over the ship, gathering on and blocking stairs. EVERY single night, between 1030 & 1100 a herd of children would run down the hallway outside of my suite. By holding staff and parents accountable, all of this can be avoided. Not one time did I see a staff member correct a child who was misbehaving or potentially causing a hazard.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
For the most part, dining staff were great. My room steward was pretty good except i dont understand why the sofa bed was left pulled out during the entire trip. All of the other cruises that i have been on, the extra beds were ALWAYS put away until night.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
There was a rug outside of the elevators on level 14 mid-ship, that was unserviceable. Its a wonder someone didnt trip on it because of the holes. Major safety hazard.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The size of the cabin was very nice. The balcony was huge.

Ship tip

Keep control of your children

I was on the Navigator in August and Kids were packed into the Elevators, especially on Port days, just riding from Top to Bottom, making it virtually impossible to get one when returning to the Ship,NOT a Parent in sight, happy Cruising xxxx
