Review summary
An amazingly modern ship with incredible technology.
We had to queue for mdr even though we paid for "my time dining"?
The solarium is wonderful with great views and a number of pools and spas to enjoy. Also breakfast and lunch in the solarium restaurant is great.
The diamond club (for loyalty rewards??) is a very ugly room with ugly furniture, and a lack of choice for food. Breakfast lacked fruit or yoghurt and minimal choice of cereals. The evening "drinks" session had only one revolting cheese and NO crackers to go with it, even though I mentioned this on numerous occasions. I walked to windjammer in the evening to find many many cheeses etc and crackers etc there for everyone, but none for their return "diamond" loyal passengers?
Cleanliness is good in the buffet restaurant BUT IN NO OTHER AREAS OF THE SHIP?? It is only a matter of time till norovirus is found!! In Celebrity Cruises ships (owned by Royal Caribbean) every food area and reception area has hand cleansers, and NO ONE gets past them without using them...... AND no norovirus!! Nice to try, but no where as good as Celebrity Solstice and Silhouette. 😎

Ship tip
Make sure you book every meal and every show and every activity. Don't bother paying for "my time dining" as we had to queue for the meals. Wash your hands every time you go to eat and every time you go back to your cabin.
