It was a great experience. The staff was excellent, the captain and crew kept us well informed of location, sea and weather conditions. Programs in stops were very informative. Entertainment was very good. Food was outstanding. The cruise covered areas not many people ever get to see.

Took Airport transport to terminal. Took over 75 minutes to get through terminal and onto the boat. Be ready to wait a long time.

Our room stewards, Deved and Agus were great. Deved did towel creatures daily which were a big hit on our Facebook posts. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Ship Quality

Ship design worked for us. Easy to get around and very clean. Ample hand sanitizer stations. Our only item was a slow tub drain which was not any big deal. We were on deck 7 and it took some time in the early morning for hot water to get to us. Turned on the tub/shower hot water and it got warm in a few minutes.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean and well kept during our voyage. Spacious enough for us; we RV so are used to somewhat smaller spaces. Veranda was great, especially for sitting during fjord cruising!
Ship tip
Be patient with boarding process, it will take a lot of time. Rooms toward rear of boat put you closer to dining rooms.
We have been here before. Just took a Red Bus tour of the city which was almost 4 hours alone. Take the ship shuttle from airport to ship. Gets you and luggage where it is supposed to be, on time.
Well organized; got called to disembark a 25 minutes before time we were originally given. Took all day bus tour. Bags were picked up at room overnight; taken to airport where we picked up just outside international departure gates.
