Review summary
This was our second cruise. We were very impressed with the service, the ship, and the food. We found the beds too hard, and they fixed that. They asked if we wanted our beds together or apart, and they took care of that. They discovered some problems in the room and ordered them to be fixed before we got around to it. Always smiling, always helpful! We liked Open Seating a lot, and their Pinnacle Grille was fantastic! We mostly went to rest, and had one of those rooms with the sliding glass door and a veranda overlooking the ocean. WOW! Room had love seat and a chair, plenty of places to sit, plenty of light, and very quiet at night for sleeping. The excellent treatment started in the loading area on the dock and continued until we left the dock area - not just on the ship! Well done, Holland America!Ship experiences
