Review summary

Well run, clean and attentive staff. THE SHIPS POLICY OF CHANGING TIME WITH TIME ZONES NEEDS TO BE RE-EVALUATED UNLESS THEY CAN FIGURE OUT A WAY TO HAVE ALL OF THE SHIPS CLOCKS THE SAME. tHERE WERE SEVERAL TIMES WHEN THE CLOCKS AT THE BUFFETT WERE AN HOUR OFF FROM THOSE ON THE tv CHANNEL. Why not have a ships time that doesnt change???

Both wife and myself agree that the food taste was not up to previous cruise experiences. OTHER CRUSIE LINES KEEP ICE CREAM, PIZZA AND COFFEE AVAILABLE 7/24. FOR THOSE OF US WITH INSOMNIA OR SEA SICKNESS, SOMETHING ON THE STOMACH IS ESSENTIAL. i WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE SNACK MACHINE ON THE WHOLE BOAT!!!REDICULOUS! tHE TIMES THAT THE BUFFETT WAS SET UP (IN THE AM) VARIED! wHILE THE KITCHEN STAFF WERE SETTING OUT THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, THEY WOULDNT ALLOW ANYONE TO GET THE SWEET ROLLS; EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO COVER THEM, DENY 'TONGS' (TO PICK THEM UP), AND GOING SO FAR AS TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEY WERE NOT OPEN YET! wHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???
