Review summary

Great experience. Activities for week crossing the Atlantic were repetitive and needed more variety. Food not up to par for a RC cruise. Entertainment average. Nice ship.

Buffet was plentiful. Specialty restaurants were adequate. Dining room was good, not great. Coffee (including the Starbucks) was horrible! Closing the windjammer at 9:00pm is not acceptable!

Onboard Activities

Not really appropriate for older adults. Pool was ok - fitness center was clean.

Entertainment

The only show was The Book which was strange. Headliners were average (magician was good, comedian was funny when you could understand him because he mumbled). Showgirls was entertaining.

Service and Staff

We felt some staff did not have information needed to answer questions and some staff seemed to not care. Not the usual RC happy to help you attitude. Staff in dining room were exceptional.

Ship is fine. Check daily activities which were repetitive and not varied enough for a transcontinental cruise.

Due to floods this port was skipped and replaced with Palma de Mallorca, which was a waste.

Disappointed that RC did not know shops were closed on Sunday. Excursion was changed because original excursion activities were also closed on Sundays. Replacement excursion was adequate though.
