We had a 2:30pm boarding time. We arrived a little early; about 1:30 and were on board in 13 minutes.

Food and Dining

Great service. We ate all evening meals in the main dining room and had great service. Breakfast was in main dining, Cafe 270 and the Solarium. All were good with great service.
Onboard Activities

As with all cruises, lots of chair saving. RC Staff did the best they could monitoring and removing items from chairs that were not occupied in a timely manner. When people return 3hrs later and get upset with staff the problem should be easily identify, hold up a mirror.
Entertainment

This was hit or miss. Due to the large amount of technology they had problems with several shows throughout the week. Some were delayed and several were cancelled. This going to happen when the ship is very technology dependent. The shows in the main theater were all very good overall.

Excellent! No issues! We interacted with many workers and everyone was great.
Ship Quality

Clean and beautiful! The flow is a little off in some places. We have sailed Oasis Class Ships a few times and this Quantum Class Ship is not quite up to those standards. It does get crowded at times but never to the point of stopped movement.
Cabin / Stateroom

Rooms are nice, little bigger than others. Balcony is always nice for those evening views. Bed was a little hard for our liking.
Ship tip
Watch some video tours of the ship. It will help you with the layout. There is a lot to do, enjoy the ship and service.
Not what we expected. Rented a jeep and toured the island. National Park was just ok, the roads are horrible. Beaches are nice, we visited one for about 2hrs. Shopping area is ok.
