We had the most relaxing time on this ship. The drink staff was quick and efficient, the entertainment was amazing, and the activities were fun! It felt like we were greeted by each crew member we saw every day and I was so impressed with the level of service we received!

Embarkation actually seemed a little confusing, there was little to no signage and employees seemed confused at first but it all worked out in the end!

We had a lovely time in the main dining and a few specialty restaurants. Chops was a superbly delicious meal. Wonderland was so unique. Teppanyaki was delicious + hilarious. We had a great serving team in the main dining room and the Windjammer had a great variety as well.
Onboard Activities

The spa was beautiful and relaxing! The hot stone massage was one of the best I have ever had! I loved all of the trivia games + hosts!
Entertainment

The entertainment was out of this world good! The shows were fantastic- good music and dancing and so entertaining but don't sleep on The Effectors! I was blown away by the production itself with the use of lighting and technology! But I kept saying after each show, this one was my favorite! Grooves on Silk in the nusic hall was a favorite of ours and Daniel Marks in the piano bar!! Entertainment was top quality!

Waiters were always attentive during the meal and made great conversation! Room steward always said hello and even made some extra towel animals for us on request to show the kids we left at home.
Ship Quality

The ship was always very clean! I didn't personally love where the track is located on deck 15. It seemed really cramped with all the lounge chairs and so loud when the people went running by. Those who were running/walking often seemed frustrated too when people couldn't hear them coming from behind. It was frustrating to hear the runners in the spa as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was always clean and very very comfortable for 2 people! The bed and pillows seemed comfortable and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony.
Ship tip
The crew managing entertainment does such a good job with trivia and name that tune. Don't miss those! Also, the nightly shows were a favorite...GO!
