The staff was great but the cruise was very unorganized and they didnt allow you sign up for on ship excursions until the day you boarded. The food was the most disappointing! It was like eating food at a roadway gas station. All the food was poor!
Odyssey of the Seas Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
This cruise was not a shareable experience. We should have gone to disney world!

OK....Nothing special
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
The worst food and drink quality I've ever experienced on a cruise ship! This cruise is barely better than a carnival cruise!
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
You could not book in advance and we were never able to enjoy many on ship activities as everything got booked? why offer if you cannot meet your own demand...Terrible!
Entertainment

OK.....nothing special... you pay more and expect more but this was a carnival cruise in disguise!
Children's Programs

This cruise was a day care center on the water....If you are 5 years old this cruise is for you!
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
The best stateroom service ever! Neville was always working and always available for every need we had. If everyone was as hard working and professional and friendly like Neville this world would be a better place!
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Clean because it's brand new, but design is so poor you cannot even take in participation of on ship activities because it's so poorly designed.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
very clean a balcony room and our Stateroom service attendant Neville was out of this world. Not sure I got the cabin number right?
we couldnt wait to get off the ship and because we packaged and carried onboard our own bags we were able to disembark without waiting....Finally something good!
Thanks. Flexibility, patience and lowered expectations are the keys to enjoying a cruise now. Sounds like cruising isn’t for you, at least not until Covid is over in a few years.
