Room Steward (Jackson Tebo)
He was very helpful and pleasant; kept my room very clean; I greatly enjoyed the towel animals (it's amazing what they can do with towels).
Windjammer Buffet greeter and Staff (Ronah)
She was very pleasant. She was always smiling and dancing ... and that chicken was a blast.
Everyone in the buffet was very pleasant, helpful and willing to get whatever you wanted or needed.
Main Dining Waitstaff (Amahd, Chris, Jerry and Ivanjo (not sure of spellings)
These gentleman made my dining experience tremendous. They really went out of their way to provide excellent service, waiting on us hand and foot. Great stories. Had lots of fun with them. If I could be guaranteed to have them as servers on my next cruise, I would have already booked my next cruise. They are outstanding.
Bartenders on the pool deck (Luis Tavares, Kamar and Chris [when he wasn't being a server])
These gentlemen kept right on top of filling my drinks and keeping me well inebriated. They, and the other bartenders, were all very pleasant and entertaining.

Every person I met was pleasant. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could.
Ship Quality

Everything was very clean. I don't recall seeing any messes anywhere, including the bathrooms. I was very impressed by this. I spent a lot of my time on Deck 14's smoking area. Anthony was always present and cleaning. He even stopped to talk with us every now and again. He was very pleasant.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything was comfortable. Easy layout. Jackson kept my room very clean. I think one of the days he may have been in my room 5 times to clean. I was very impressed by his upkeep of my room.
The only negative thing about the entire cruise is that I didn't like the amount of room between the end of the bed and the wall. I'm a big gal and had to walk sideways through which was a little uncomfortable. With that being said, it was not a big inconvenience and if it's the only thing I could say something bad about then it wasn't that big of a deal.

Leave your worries behind because you will have a great time!!!
The staff was pleasant until I got to the end where the officer who had to verify that I was on the cruise. He acted angry like it was a huge inconvenience to him to do his job.
Thanks for the detailed review! Do you have pics of cruise compasses or can take for me, going in January. Any other tips? Were they limiting swimming pool capacity due to Covid? (Yes on LOTS) i will provide my cell# or email for cruise compasses.
