Review summary

We liked the cruise. One big thing is way to many kids and they were running unsupervised, down the hallways to cabins and pushing and no manners. Next time I will pick a ship with no kids or smaller. The pool was also to small and there were somany kids in it that you couldn't even get in it. The adult only pool was small and not even in the sun. The rooms were nice and the attendant was very nice and attentive.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was not as good as when we went 5-6 years ago. We also had okay service, it seemed as if there were not enough staff to accomadate the amount of dining people ane we had to wait for drinks and bread and coffee after we were finished with our dessert already numersous nights.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Definitely not enough or big enough pools on the Oasis, especially with all of the kids in the pool. Way to many kids!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Service at main dining was slow.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Clean, but again not a big enough pool. There should be more areas for people to sit and socialize, play cards/games.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

3 out of 5
So many people near the port at Bayfront, you could not barely move at times. I wish there was another area to go.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
There needs to be a safe beach access.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

4 out of 5
Great except for the Hideaway beach cabanas are not in the sun for most of the day so you have to go out into the chairs. So I spent money on having a cabana but had to walk back and forth to be in the sun.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Nice cabanas and loved the beach and water access.

Falmouth, Jamaica

3 out of 5
There needs to be a safe beach access.

I love to Cruise when less children. Somehow parents feel like it is OK, to let them run around unsupervised.

Some parents do let their kids run wild and act like they didn't come on vacation with their kids

If you travel over a holiday or in the month of March you find a ton of kids. This includes anytime around President’s Day. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the last three weeks of January. Month of April have served us well for no kids. Basically if school is in session it is safe to cruise and find less kids.

Not an uncommon experience with kids on a cruise, way too many parents/guardians just let their kids run wild thinking that since they are on a ship they don't have to worry about them or watch them. Since cruise lines are offering 3rd and 4th free it's a bigger problem
