Oasis of the Seas is the original XL ship. It's older but still holds its own against newer ships. I think you need at least 13 days to be able to do all the activities that she has.
Embarkation

Super easy. From parking to inside the ship (with a stroller) in less than 15 minutes.

Food and Dining

Was it the best food I ever ate? No. Was it hot, fresh, and tasty: yes. Don't expect a 5 star restaurant. We at at the Windjammer Buffet, MDR, Solarium Bistro, Johnny Rockets, and Playmakers.
A good widely known tip: MDR and Johnny Rockets is open for breakfast. I found the food at both places of better quality than the buffet.

Entertainment

Aqua 80 is the best show I've ever seen on a ship. Comedy shows were fun, there was always tons of entertainment to choose from each night.
Children's Programs

My son went one day and loved it. However we just kept him most of the day as there were always things for him and kids his age to do.
Service and Staff

Everyone was super friendly.
Ship Quality

The ship is older and there are parts that show its age. There was rust and paint chips on the balcony, and many common areas of the ship can use some paint.
Our room was a little dusty and dirty when we checked in. I actually had the room Stewart vacuum the floor again because there were crumbs and even a toothpick right in front of the furniture. There was also dust on the floor and the walls which I asked to be cleaned.
The AC wasn't working well. It took 2x for maintenance to come and fix it. Also out toilet was clogged at one point, but that seems to be a common thing on all our cruises.
One day, there was a foul odor in several hallways. We were told that it's due to the port.
We didn't have hot water the first day. It took until the following day for them to fix it. The excuse we got was "there's something broken affecting everyone on this sides hot water". However this was fixed.
Cabin / Stateroom

The ship is older and the room is outdated and seems small. But in a cruise you aren't really in your room too often.
We had an ocean view balcony on the 13th floor close to the elevators. I would choose this same room again if I could.
Ship tip
Book your shows early as soon as you can online. And for the events that aren't available beforehand, book directly when you get on the ship.
People dislike this port but it's where the Oasis fuels up and gets supplies. It's cool to see the NASA launch sites from the ship.
We did a pontoon boat excursion and enjoyed it.
