Our cruise was great! We did run into people who were JERKS to either staff for no reason at all, your typical rush in the elevator before others can get out, kids were good on this sailing it was mostly adults acting like spoiled brats! Usually we have seen jerks (adults) on board past sailings but this one there were a lot!…then we met so many really nice people …everywhere we went ..some first timers, avid cruisers, laughed, talked……my advice…..just enjoy the moments, try new things, ….have fun….make the most of it…
Embarkation
5 out of 5
As always it was very quick, dropped off, inside by 10 am, checked in, on ship by 1030
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We had set time 5 pm in MDR but we tried 150 Central Park and it didn’t disappoint …people, food, experience was top level
My husband and I will be trying new restaurants from now on while still enjoying the MDR
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
3rd day at port canaveral stayed on ship and rented casita best decision ever….we people and ocean watched, ….our attendant Davy was awesome …..oh and by the way at 9:30 am there were so many pool chairs available by the pool
I actually rode on the carousel and that was fun…..we loved sitting on the back of the ship behind the aqua 80, wished we did that more, it was so relaxing
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Loved all the entertainment on promenade, saw the ice show that was great, comedians adult show in Blaze was super funny, aqua 80 never disappoints…..parade was great, we hadn’t seen that since before Covid
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Didn’t bring the kids or grandkids this time
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All the staff was exceptional from room to MDR to everywhere
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Oasis is gynormous!…this is our second time on her and still missed stuff, would definitely do her again
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Bed was comfortable, didn’t take me days to get used to, had pad on it….they really got to do something with flat sheets for mattress they kept coming off …room was very clean ..attendant took care of us
Now we’ve always gotten a ocean view but we tried something different…it was the very back of the ship on the end ( boardwalk balcony) over looking aqua 80, and ocean,….it didn’t disappoint you get a different perspective of the show from looking down and eye level of the divers…it was amazing!…for the rest of our cruise we watched it from there….and even though they had second show we still fell asleep
You still need to close curtains when changing, that was different, the purple slide didn’t get in the way of view
I think the only thing wrong was the walk from room to elevator…it’s along walk
We would definitely do this room again!
Ship tip
Just relax when you first get on the ship, it’s overwhelming but take your time and try to experience what’s in front of you….
What can I say PERFECT!!…..this time we got a cabana on chill island….it was a great day relaxing, view was perfect…that is a must do next time…..our attendant took care of us ….I actually tried the secret sandwich WOW! THAT WAS GOOD!….
Now last time a year ago I wasn’t able to get off because of my knee and see the new dock….I had surgery 3 months ago and worked hard to achieve getting off and experiencing new area…..well it was amazing!….they did a great job, so beautiful now….we did a culinary tour Nevada was funny and took care of us and me ( I did bring my cane) ….then we walked in some stores and I got to try conk fritters, those were real good…some other food or drink I at least tried….although I’ve been here a lot I still learned something new about Nassau
Again was fast…..we ate our leaving breakfast then got off….the only thing, where you got the porter line was in a very confusing area….need to adjust a bit on location…other than that he dropped us off at 6 and driver there in 10 seconds
Awesome feedback! I sailed her in July and you are absolutely right about the ship being huge and a lot of things to do! Yes, we too had some jerks onboard, but we were celebrating and enjoying our hard earned vacation. Love the Oasis class ships and the Symphony is next!!!
