Review summary

The cruise was great but I didn't receive the room with a balcony. Also was at the front of the ship and everything was at the back of the ship so there was alot of walk to get to everything.

Did you have any proof of what type of cabin you booked? Surely you didn’t just accept a lower class of cabin than the one you’d paid for? There can be a lot of walking especially on big ships, good to look at deck plans and choose a cabin in a location you prefer.
